Without a stable, properly positioned scapula, the rotator cuff can't do it's job of stabilizing the gleno-humeral joint. remember that the rotator cuff doesn't need a lot of resistance to be strengthened, just propper form and the right exercises. If you have any concerns about your shoulder, SEE A LICENSED PHYSICAL THERAPIST!!
